You can print this out and bring it to the next club meeting or the application may be mailed to the address below.
New membership requests can be voted on IF the application is in the hands of a club officer or in the mailbox at least 10 days prior to the meeting date. Otherwise, the application is considered at the next regular meeting where the applicant is in attendance.
The applicant must be present to be voted in.
